You just told my courtship and marriage story (LOL!). Seriously, replace London with Cancun and that could have been me. I woo’d my wife to be with a lifestyle that was *way* out of my range, too. Thankfully, I married a girl who was *very* frugal and helped me to right my course, but it took several years and stock options from a rapidly rising company to help bail me out.
