Except a few democratic presidential candidates, and only every fourth year.
When you think of Iowa you think of The Music Man, American Gothic, corn, and if you’re particularly astute, John Wayne and Herbert Hoover. Even on the TV show M*A*S*H clumsy bumpkin Radar was from Iowa.
