I still struggle trying to find these values on websites. For example, when I go to sites looking for PE, I see dozens of "PE" looking values (Average PE, Forward PE, just plain unqualified PE, Trailing PE, et al)

Where exactly do I find the "ten year equity growth rate" ? Is it always called that?
Could someone post screenshots (with arrows, circles, etc) pointing to EXACTLY where these values are on the various MSN/Yahoo pages? This would be the Holy Grail!

That's one of the first real world examples I've seen at calculating a stock's "true price." Nice.

You don't need to have Excel to calculate the rate of return. Windows calculator comes with a Scientific View (View --> Scientific) that will give you a X^Y key. Simply type in "[interest rate] [X^Y] [years]." Excel certainly has it's place, but it's kind of overkill for one quick calculation.

Hello there.

I ran into your web site a number of weeks ago and I must say that I find it very interesting.

This article about calculating the "Sticker Price" reminded me of an online shareable spreadsheet that you might be interested in using called InstaCalc.

You could create a simple spreadhseet for calculating the sticker price and post it here.

Here is a good example:

I am not affilated with Instacalc in any way.
