		<description>The thing I&#039;m doing with subjective purchases is budgeting $100 dollars a week to them.  I don&#039;t worry about blowing money on stuff I want when I know that there is a limit to my spending.

Before I was purchasing entertainment items that kept adding up.  I must have been spending 2-300 dollars every week on crap.

Since then just being mindful of what I am spending has kept the happiness level about the same, while cutting my spending WAY down.</description>
