If your website is crashing the webs hosting server you should look into a VPS or Dedicated server solution. Gives you more bandwidth and will never run into the issue of your site taking being taken offline because of a resource issue on the server. You can even find managed dedicated servers. We run a box from Server Intellect without any issues. Dedicated servers allow you also to adjust your server to match your code, not the other way around.

I've been using HostMySite for the past 4 years and they've been the best. They have tech support that really helps! Free live phone support, live chat and email that is responded with 24hours (really!)

I have had 1 crash but no service disruptions (from their end) and just like your site, my site once did overcome the initial hosting package capacity I had with HostMySite. The professionals there gave me plenty of time to make a decision on what I needed to do. Whether it was revising my code to make is more efficient or selecting an upgrade package. In that "decision" time period, they even opted to bump up my site capacity so that it didn't take the servers down again. That's what I called customer service and so I've been loyal to them ever since (even though there are cheaper solutions out there).
You should consider them, take a look and see if they fit you. I've used a lot of hosting companies (CIHost, Interland, 1and1, Hostway, Easydns, etc) in the past 10 years and HostMySite has proven to the best.

Hope this helps,
Mukesh
