I know this is too late, but for a minimal charge at almost any print shop they have programs to make booklet pdf's for you. Here we charge $30. I do graphic design it takes me a push of a button to accomplish what you probably took hours to do! Another hint - once you make your document with the page sixe set up to 5.5 x 8.5 inches convert it to PDF. Go into acrobat (9 or later) hit print and on the drop down menu you should have an option print to booklet. Choose your paper size at 8.5 x 11 (letter size) and it will print to a booklet automatically! Although your end user would have to know that too. Next time you need a booklet let me know. Keep it in its native size but convert it to PDF and I could get back to you in less than a day with a completed booklet. :) PS definitely buying your booklet. Thank you!
