I personally agree with Bill. Heck my company actually has passion as one of its “pillars”, which I find absurd personally.

The reason? There are many other things I have passion about. My wife for primarily. Cooking, hiking, traveling as well. What my job does is fund my habits. I wonder about the correlation to job passion and how one defines themselves.
