I don&#039;t really think it&#039;s all in the advertising, my point was a switch from say a 0.5% rate to a 4.5% rate is worth switching banks for most people. But a switch from 4.5% to 5.0% is nominal for most people and isn&#039;t worth it to ditch the ING brand to which they&#039;re loyal.]]></description>
