That was a very informative article. One other tip you might add in the future that helps me – go shopping when you don’t have much time. If I know I have an unlimited amount of time when stopping at Target to pick up cat litter and socks, I’m much more inclined to browse the aisles. But if I stop there 30 minutes before I’m due somewhere else, I’ll just rush in, run for my purchases and check out quickly. It works every time…
