As you'll note from my last comment here that I was none too happy about the thought of jumping into handling a situation without first analyzing it. But here, you suggest just that! --You advocate here for the things that will create a better "you" over the long haul -- figuring things out though analysis, planning, and ST goal-setting. I'm going to be writing more about goals in my own blog in the near future -- and will suggest similar preparation.
