I too love GTD and it's sometimes difficult to adjust to. I love the chart GTD provides on making decisions when stuff comes into your inbox and how to process them. I read the book before I read GTD and found it tremendously valuable in clarifying my thinking about exactly how much time I have to devote to certain categories of tasks (work, household chores, child care, me). It freed me of some of the guilt I was carrying around (though not all).

If you have read that book, then it would make sense just to pick this one up from the local library and take some notes.
