This book is truely relevant to anyone. Every man woman and child can be and should be a leader. This book teaches us to lead instead of manage. We manage things that cannot think. We lead people who can and should think. We lead and encourage them to become the best person they can, and this leadership is so much more than simple misdirected bossmanship. Again, everyone is or should be a leader, in the correct context that Covey teaches it.
