When I was a little kid, one of my favorite video games was called Contra. In it, you played a soldier battling an alien invasion in the jungle – you ran to the right, aliens ran at you, and you shot at them. I played this game with one of my cousins for hours upon hours, and we also played the sequel, Super C, to death. Well, Super C recently was released for download on my Wii and I decided to purchase it. Talk about a pure nostalgia rush – the time I’ve already spent playing it (maybe an hour) has been well worth the cost of the game, from the simple enjoyment to the huge nostalgia rush.
