Ogden, I don't think they're supposed to be "how-to" books, as I say in the conclusion. If you want that, read the Bogleheads' book. The point of the series is to present different investing philosophies.

I've only read the Value Investing book, and from your synopsis, I'm womdering if you found the advice in "The Little Book That Makes You Rich" complimentary, or contradictory to the Value Investing book. Were they intended to work together?

I found the VI book to be good on general theory, but a bit light on the nitty-gritty "how to" aspect.

The first book in the series is probably the worst one - the other three are better, definitely.

I read The Little Blue Book That Beats the Market and remember that it was just two ideas repeated over and over again. It was irritating even though the advice was pretty good. Does this book have any of that constant repetition? Do you know what I mean about that book?
