You may want to look at Ram&#039;s other book &quot;Execution&quot; that he wrote with Larry Bossidy.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Good point about having the strength to abandon failure.  I&#039;ve dabbled in a few projects that have been moderately successful, but then took on something too big and that fundamentally I didn&#039;t enjoy.  It&#039;s been hard to make the decision to walk away from, but I&#039;m really excited to move forward on another project that I have a better understanding and knowledge for.  I never would have been able to move forward with it unless I had failed before.
