		<description><![CDATA[Zweig in his commentary dismisses warrants outright as obsolete; but this is overstating things a bit.  There is still a market out there for warrents in the US, but even more so overseas where they never really went out of style in the first place.

That said, they probably still are as uninteresting as Graham makes them out to be.  I&#039;m just pointing this out because for a lot of people, this will be the only book they read that even mentions warrant investing, and the picture it gives is a little too dismissive.]]></description>
