I ALWAYS have a little notebook in my pocket. It is like my second brain, since my first one can't remember jack! I use the notebook for grocery lists, things to do at work, phone numbers, things to do when I get home... you name it, I write it down in the small note book in my pocket.

If I lose the notebook.. well things tend to go south very quickly!
