		<description><![CDATA[Seems to me that part of what helps in this example is the detachment that someone from outside the business could bring to the decision-making process.  That detachment allows for better decisions as to what is useful and worth keeping, and what is not.  If we have a history of keeping a lot of extraneous stuff and it is causing chaos in our personal lives, then trying to detach from the situation and look at things as if we were someone else taking over might bring some balance to the process.]]></description>
