I have a couple of “bucket” of changes I’d like to make this year–I think I’m going to try making monthly goals that increase based on progress rather than resolutions (i.e. January’s goal is to ride my bike to work 10 times during the month. In February, this may increase to 11 or 12, and so forth). This will hopefully give me the flexibility I need while giving me enough structure to get something done.
