		<description><![CDATA[My resolution is to use every single bit of food that I can.  I did a major kitchen clean and was disgusted at myself when I was throwing away food that had migrated to the back of the cupboard/refrigerator (the freezer wasn&#039;t too bad).  My best kitchen friend now is a Sharpie pen and my goal is to put expiration date and date I opened in a clear place on everything that goes into my cupboard/fridge/freezer. It is often the small change that adds up.]]></description>
