No, I don’t have cancer. I hope. But another seldom-mentioned motivating factor in many of the “bombs” I’ve been dropping is that historically, the men in my family die young (under the age of 50) due to cancer. We have a very fatalistic attitude about it. :(

If one of my readers lets me know of some “detail” that needs to be corrected in something I’ve written for my job, I correct it. No question. If I were to snot back at them, “Hey, I’m just a human being trying to live some semblance of a normal life,” I wouldn’t have a job for very long.

Can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.
