		<description><![CDATA[Q8: Chances are the more recent credit card offers that you&#039;re getting in the mail are a much better product now that you&#039;ve established a bit of a (positive) credit history.  By better card I mean your rate might be lower if you carry a balance or perhaps there is a reward component that you can take advantage of.  Most likely  you&#039;re not going to get a better rate AND rewards though.]]></description>

Also, he can open an IRA, make it non-deductible, then transfer it at the end of the year to a Roth IRA.
