Low pay does not automatically equal low stress. Think food service and retail: high stress with very low pay, and sometimes a “ton” of hours.

Personally I want low stress, few hours, and high pay :).

It appears you are saying Sarah’s relationship with the children is weaker and shallower because she works outside the home. I doubt that it is considering the children are schooled and daycared outside your home.
