A born and bred Southerner, Jennifer currently lives in the Midwest with her three teenaged daughters. Always a writer by nature, her professional background includes editorial, marketing and product management positions in publishing. A graduate of Loyola University of Chicago, the many adventures of her life to date have resulted in hands-on experience with the inside world of health insurance, its foibles, and how to successfully navigate the system to manage the health of your family.
