The Simple Dollar Weekly Roundup: Thanksgiving Leftovers Edition

Creatively prepared Thanksgiving leftovers are usually my favorite part of the meal.

The elements of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner can be remixed in many, many creative ways to make for some delicious meals throughout the following days and often can result in very little of the food going to waste, meaning you’ve got some pretty inexpensive meals.
